In order to show interest in completing an audit on the new standards, please complete the Setup pages on B Impact. Once you have opted into setup, you will see the pages mentioned below in a view only format.
Starting on the Submission page
If you have finished your setup pages and are interested in moving forward with the audit, select the Submission page on the left sided menu and complete its requirements.
Once your Review my submission page shows Complete for all necessary sections, there will be a button activated at the bottom “Continue to audit”.
This button allows you to show your interest to complete the audit process, the process in which evidence is reviewed and verified by third party auditors.
Selecting this option is irreversible which means that you cannot undo the selection.

It will ensure that all evidence provided thus far in B Impact will be transferred to the appropriate third party auditor site.
Once you have clicked the disclaimer in the middle and “Continue to audit” there will be a pop up that will confirm your application is successful and review key aspects of this milestone.
The Review your application page will be locked and unavailable for engagement after this point.
Making a Compliance Request in B Impact audit section
Once you click Continue to Audit in B Impact, a Compliance Request is auto-generated in the B Impact Audit Section. Some key information is required to request an audit of the assessment.
The first page on the B Impact audit section is the Compliance Dashboard page. From here, proceed to the “Compliance Request” section using the left-hand navigation.
1. Click on "View Details" to get to this screen:
You can review the sub-requirements, evidence provided and more.

2. In order to notify the Assurance Provider about readiness to be audited, click on: "view details" on the Compliance Request on the left sided menu. This will open a dashboard view where you can select "Marked as ready for audit
3. The button turns green and changes to "Create Request Audit"
Once you click "Create Request Audit", you will be prompted to enter the following information in order to complete the progress bar:
company info
audit scope
timeline
Certification Body selection (automated)
As a note, “Certification Body” indicates the assurance provider which is either To-Cert or SCS. The assurance provider is assigned based on the company profile.
Once you click on "Confirm and Submit Request", the company’s assessment and information is now in the assurance provider's queue to start the audit.
