Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Requirements: Focus on L - XXL Companies

This video covers sub-requirements under the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Impact Topic that specifically apply to L to XXL companies, focusing on those relevant for year 0.  The video uses a case study format to highlight examples of evidence a multi-site company might provide.  

Specifically, the video aims to: 

• Clarify interpretation of the new standards under the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion impact topic focusing on select requirements applicable to L to XXL companies.

• Provide examples of evidence a multi-site company might submit to meet the compliance criteria for select Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion requirements.

• JEDI1.1 The company collects data to inform its JEDI actions.

• JEDI1.2 The company collects data on one additional social identity for worker-related measurements.

• JEDI 2.6 The company chooses its JEDI actions using data and stakeholder feedback, records them in a plan, and implements them.
