You can update the email address associated with your user account if your company has changed email domains or if you prefer to use a different email. oIf you would like to add or remove users to your B Impact account, please refer to the “Add or Remove Team Members” article .
Follow these steps to update your own email address.
Step 1: Login into your account.
Step 2: Click on the User icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “Manage account” on the left-hand menu
Step 3: The Contact Information section on this page will have a field where you can add your new email address. Select “edit” on the right corner.
Step 4: Once you have added the new email address, select “Save.” The new email will be updated on the Contact information section.
Step 5: Once you save the new email address, there will be a red pill "Not verified" next to the “Edit” button of the email address.
An email from B Impact will be sent to the new email address. Click on the "Verify email address" button on the email. After this step, you will see a green pill "Verified" in the email address section of the Profile tab.
