How to upload documents in the Self Assessment

There is a new feature on the way to capture documents in the assessment experience. 

This article will show you how to use the documentation hub for the Self Assessment.

To find the documentation hub, select a specific requirement that relates to the documentation you have and click the “View details” button on that requirement. 

Under the Compliance Criteria section, select the “View action items” which will open the Compliance Criteria Details page. On the ride side, there will be an Evidence and “Upload” button.




In the Upload Documentation card, you will have a chance to upload documents from your computer directly. On the ride side will be a Document Hub for the particular requirement. Each document can be accessible from other Requirements view, by selecting the right and left arrows.  All documents should have a description in the details box, in order to be saved.




To see the history of the uploaded document, navigate to the All activity section on the right side of the Compliance Criteria Details.
