There is a new feature on the way to capture documents in the assessment experience.
To find the documentation section, or the evidence section for a specific requirement, select a requirement that relates to the documentation you have and click the “View details” button on that requirement.
To see all documents provided for the Self assessment, please navigate to the Documentation Hub or review our guide on how to access it.
Under the Compliance Criteria section, select the “View action items” which will open the Compliance Criteria Details page. On the ride side, there will be an Evidence and “Upload” button if there are no other documents provided.
In the Upload Documentation card, you will have a chance to upload documents from your computer directly. On the ride side will be a list of "Evidence" for the particular requirement. Each document can be accessible from other Requirements view, by selecting the right and left arrows. All documents should have a description in the details box, in order to be saved.
To see the history of the uploaded document, navigate to the All activity section on the right side of the Compliance Criteria Details.
To delete a document, navigate to the Compliance Criteria Details and select the "Evidence" which will have a drop down option to Delete evidence. You can also add evidence or documentation by selecting the plus icon to the right.
