Change or Reset Password

There are three ways for you to change or reset your password. 

Option 1: Change your password from the login page

Step 1- From the login page, select [Forgot Your Password?] at the bottom of the page

Step 2- Enter your email address and select [Submit]

Step 3- You will receive an email from B Lab Notifications <noreply@bcorporation.net> to your inbox with instructions to reset your password 

Option 2: Change your password from the credentials screen: 

Step 1- From the Login screen, select [Forgot password?] 

Step 2- Enter your email address and select [Continue]

Step 3-  You will receive an email from B Lab Notifications <noreply@bcorporation.net> to your inbox with instructions to reset your password 

Option 3: Change your password from the B Impact Assessment:

Step 1- Login into your account

Step 2- Click on the User icon in the upper right-hand corner

Step 3- Under User Profile click on the [Reset Password] button.You will see a message confirming that a password reset email was sent to your inbox

Step 4- You will receive an email from B Lab Notifications <noreply@bcorporation.net> to your inbox with instructions to reset your password
